There is a long story behind my worn out leather straps and my scratched cover.

I used to be a beautiful, expensive wristwatch of a well-known brand. Now even the brand logo is almost erased.

I still remember my first day, the day I was assembled. It was many many yearsst ago, about 25 years I suppose, but the day is still fresh in my memory. It was not the age of machines so each and every part of a watch had to be assembled carefully & manually.

My assembler was a very expert one.

I can say so because, even after my long and hard life journey I’m still “ticking” accurately. My own “tick tock” was the first thing I heard. When I opened my eyes the first thing I saw was many other watches many of them fully put together, some still in the process.
