Early life
Edelstein was born in Boston, Massachusetts, to Bonnie and Alvin Edelstein, the youngest of three children in a Jewish family. Her father worked as a pediatrician at Chilton Memorial Hospital.[2] She was raised in Wayne, New Jersey,[3] and attended Wayne Valley High School, graduating in [4]
